Our Doctors

James R. Glauser, DDS

Dr. James R. Glauser grew up in Mesa, Arizona and graduated from Mountain View High School. He then served a two-year mission for the LDS Church in Montana. He finished his undergraduate work at BYU in 1989 where he met and married Cathy Calderwood of Mesa. He then began dental school at the University of Pacific in San Francisco, California. Dr. Glauser:

  • Graduated in 1992 at the top of his class and with many honors.
  • Completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UOP
  • Completed a two-year Orthodontic/TMJ residency at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York where he was trained by the world renowned TMJ expert Ross Tallents.
  • Graduated in 1996 with his thesis on timing of Class III treatment based on hand-wrist films.

Dr. Glauser then joined and later assumed his father’s orthodontic practice in Mesa, Arizona and is now one of the premier providers of Invisalign in Arizona. Dr. Glauser and his wife Cathy have six children.

Noel A. Williams, DDS

Dr. Noel A. Williams is from Pocatello, Idaho.  He served a 2 year LDS mission in Corpus Christi, Texas.  He attended undergraduate school at BYU and finished in 1994.  He began dental school in 1995 at the University of Texas in Houston.  Dr Williams:

  • Graduated at the top of his dental school class in 1999
  • Completed a 2 1/2 year residency at the University of Texas, Houston Dental Branch
  • Graduated in 2001 with Masters
  • Completed his thesis on growing bone from cartilage

Dr. Williams then moved to Arizona, spent a year as an associate and then became a partner with Dr. Glauser in 2003. Dr. Williams and his wife Diana were married in 1993 and have 4 children.
